Is an eternal NDA legal?
Ask the judge.
From what I’ve heard, only if you are compensated for it.
But as the others said, can you afford to find out?
Can you afford the lawyer to find out?
That is generally how NDA’S work.
It has been pretty much accepted now that most of them are legally unenforceable if anyone were to actually challenged them.
