That got me right in the 9600kbps modem nostalgia. Not the picture but the waiting to load face.
I’ve been getting that from some of the images on slower lemmy instances. You open an image and it loads slowly. Line. By. Line. Never thought I’d be nostalgic for the 56k days.

At that time most of the internet used interlaced images to avoid this.
