Because in terms of features/usability it was a downgrade from Skype for Business for my usage.
Sorting the contacts was better in Skype and I was able to have the window as a narrow strip on the leftmost screen, for showing the status of all team members. Teams doesn’t allow resizing freely.
When watching a screen share of somebody, Teams has a lot of unnecessary unhidable UI elements that just take up space. For the ones that you can hide there is no setting to have it that way by default, and there are also no shortcuts for them.
Also screen sharing was quite laggy right after switching from Skype, but that might have been an internal IT problem, not sure. But it didn’t help make Teams more popular anyhow.
That’s also very true, unfortunately.
It should never be “Do we need religion?”, it should be “Do I need religion?”. Some people might need it, but it doesn’t need to be pressed upon others.
Yo dawg, I heard you like try-catch blocks
There are few eyes with eyebrows, I can not create Lenny Face, literally unplayable! /s
Could be worth it to separate the eyebrows, because they clearly are available with some eyes, e.g. these are 2 combined characters סּ͡͡ and these also ・ิ
I only chose this career path because I heard there were a lot of hugs. 🥲
I generate D&D characters and NPCs with it, but that’s not really a strong argument.
For programming though it’s quite handy. Basically a smarter code completion that takes the already written stuff into account. From machine code through assembly up to higher languages, I think it’s a logical next step to be able to tell the computer, in human language, what you actually are trying to achieve. That doesn’t mean it is taking over while the programmer switches off their brain of course, but it already saved me quite some time.
Yes, maybe a Burglarobbit came out me nose, gotta check.
Haha, it’s been a while since I last saw that! Thanks for bringing it back 🤘🏻
And since I’ve been learning Swedish lately, I can now almost understand that Norwegian. Here’s my guess:
Ikke alle liker at det går så fort hos oss.
which means “Not all like that it’s going so fast with us.”, so it would make sense for the video xD
Can you confirm or correct that?
Google Keep, because it works on my Pixel Watch, which is the only way (so far) I can use it at the exact moment when I actually need it and not have my ADHD brain forget it halfway through.

Aaah yes, circle pits are amazing. A wall of death is scary at first, but also a lot of fun. Forming a Conga line through the whole crowd is always a huge party.
One of the best feelings in the world is seeing the reaction of people who hang out with Metalheads for the first time. We had someone join our group at a metal festival and it was so much fun.
“Wait, why is that big scary guy over there wearing a pink unicorn costume?” Etc etc
Fuck, that sounds horrible :(
I wish you a good recovery with as little pain as possible!
You have a good strategy. Reading other people’s stories is like reading a book. But instead of fiction, it’s (hopefully true) small glimpses into human lives. I also love that for escaping my own reality for a short while.
I don’t know about hippies, but this comic is pretty accurate for Metalheads (except many times we also take stupid grimace fotos xD):
Can confirm.
What I have noticed for myself and other Metalheads is that the preference regarding the favourite bands and or subgenre might shift, or that the mix/percentage with non-Metal music might change a bit etc. But from my experience, people that have enjoyed Metal as teenagers still like it at older ages.
At Metal festivals and concerts you generally find a wide spectrum of all ages. I’ve seen grannies enjoying the show next to teenagers moshing. I’ve seen whole families, or talked to people that came alone from another continent to attend that festival. I’ve also done that myself once and had no problem finding nice people to hang out with.
@OP, are you asking for a specific reason, or just a general vibe check? Or are you a Metalhead yourself and wanna see what the perspective from other Metalheads in other communities is?
ubuntu-latest.torrent (what’s written after -o) is the output name. You should be very careful with executing commands that you don’t fully understand. Might save you a lot of trouble in the future.
