The first step is to take care of your body. Exercise, sleep 8 hours, eat healthy.
Next step is to start taking care of your mind. Not as straightforward as the first step, with quite a bit more nuance.
Lastly, something that helped me is to find the difference, in your life, between motivation and discipline.

I’ve thought the same thing multiple times. But that also means we don’t have enough users or content yet. I’ve seen multiple communities that interest me, but sometimes (too often) I quickly learn it’s a ghost town.

Glasses wearer here. VR makes me nauseous af. And not just during, for hours afterwards. Its not an intense ‘I have to vomit’ but a queasy feeling that persists. I’m old though, and my kids have zero issues with it.

Well, this country would be a better place if we were able to adopt a lot of the sensibilities and common sense laws that the EU has. Unfortunately, we’re a plutocracy run by corporations for profit and consistently backed by an ignorant and easily susceptible generation of baby boomers that time and time again vote against their own interests.
I know 🙃 8’s a great goal. Hard to achieve, but always worth trying for.
