In the adult industry, it doesn’t matter if the age of consent in a certain state is under 18. 18 USC 2257 dictates that no minors can appear in porn and as either a result of that or out of fear of persuction for obscenity law, no US made/distributed porn can legally depict a character having sex who is under 18. State laws are irrelevant, as are laws outside the US, generally, because US distribution is key for sales
