An excellent proof of concept.
An excellent proof of concept.
If you use a DAC, I can recommend Strawberry for the USB to DAC support.
I will hold my breath and cross everything! The UK ministers have a nasty habit, especially in the last 15 years, of giving it away for free when aligned to the Ministers personal interests. Bent AF in Northern terms.
They also still use WhatsApp for their wider connections, but still, progress.
It’s what I did 5 years ago. All family and friends now on Signal.
BloatNosey latest version might help ( I hope).
I used to teach medical statistics to post grad doctors in the UK. One of my examples was the drop in HRT use in the 90s with UK newspapers reporting a doubling in cancer risk. That was also a relative risk, with absolute risk remaining extremely low. Both the all cause mortality and the absolute measures for quality of life were such that more women suffered and died as a result of the headline scare story.
Not an antivax article exactly, but the title alone will create concerns. Whilst it mentions 1m saved lives, it doesn’t identify the significant number who avoided long term harms resulting from COVID infection. Finally, the article doesn’t even attempt to advise the tiny proportion of people who develop the adverse effects.
Who would have imagined that decades of funding cuts and pressure to rely upon Musk would allow another nation to take the lead? (Sarcasm)
If you’re on Android, try InnerTune via FDroid. No subscription required, easy to find music. It has reasonable recommendations for music, but not the same standards as Spotify. If you buy a DAP and microSD card, or a mobile phone that takesmicrSD cards. After that, just download any and all music you like and play anytime, anywhere without neededing a data connection.
So… If someone did it the old fashioned way by telephone from a public phone, or sent out a letter, or shared leaflets, would we be looking at disconnecting public phones, stopping the postal service and banning home printers?
Just as with the battery issues, owners will be out with warranty for driving in the rain
Plays flac. Hopefully the player will be able to output to external DAC bypassing Androids resampling machine (in the future).
My toothbrush was infected and taken over recently. It messaged my ex whilst I was in the pub and now I keep getting replies from her. Can I seek damages from Oral-B?
I hope that this becomes practice throuout Europe and the UK. UK ministers however will say almost anything for short term gain.
It is fascinating to read assessments of the new Chinese industry based upon comparison to lowest budget small enterprise items bought 5-10 years ago. Wasn’t this originally the same said of Japanese watches and cars? Tesla has zero long tern reliability data and lots of concerns about their failures to step up to repair faults. With electric cars, everyone is at the same point for development, except the Chinese, who have been at it longest
Oooops! Seriously, why apologize if you can draw robust comparisons that withstand fair scrutiny?
What if Musk buys the front page of the internet. There are some interesting Pro’s and Cons Edit: interesting doesn’t mean good
Accused? Probably evidenced sufficiently.
Its the Hi-res direct output to your DAC. Its under Settings - Backend. It’s Clementine reworked to allow this. If you don’t use a DAC in your setup, there is no real advantage.
