The democrats do the same things as republicans, but they’re more palatable. I trained tai chi and a little ba gua. I sparred a little with some karate and take kwon do people. I cleaned up. I did some light sparring with a ba gua guy and he was literally throwing me around effortlessly.

I was taught well. I would imagine that my teacher was 1/1000. When looking for him, I found at least 5 different schools that had no idea what they were doing and teaching tai chi anyways.

I’m not trying to plug lenovo. There’s very little difference between lenovo and dell at the enterprise level. Those are the ones I have experience with and so I’ll comment on those. Just buy actual business laptops. Especially if you’re not gaming

They prop up prices in a lot of ways, the first one that comes to mind is extending the length of a mortgage. That makes housing both more affordable, but also makes the banks a lot more money.

Thanks… There’s a lot of reasons why this analogy isn’t going to last now because supply and demand is grade school economics. Check out all of the ways government is subsidizing construction of units. And how does it work when a company is selling units, but they have to have an increase in revenue quarter over quarter? They can’t suddenly sell for less. Otherwise stock price will fall and executive’s will have to take parachutes. Government doesn’t want all these companies to fail, so they prop up the prices. This thing is far too complicated for supply and demand economics. Anyone selling that has invested in real estate

Supply and demand doesn’t begin to explain Canadian housing issues. If I have 10 apples that i sell $1/piece, I’m not going to start selling them at $.75/piecewhen I get 30 apples.

Good advice. It’s also good to have clear boundaries set up. The ideal. The what you expect, and the non negotiable. Start with the ideal. Expecting to get pushed towards what you expect. Never budge on the nonnegotiable.

Heck yeah… I’d get better vision, better spine, … there’s a plethora of quality of life things that I think most people would be insane to pass up. On another side, having a sweet of powers that effectively made me Batman levels of ability… How could anyone actually pass that up? Literally just a peak human… Yes please.

There’s a neat phenomenon in middle ages Europe where peasants often had more nutritious diets than royals. The explanation I’ve seen is that the peasants ate a varied diet, while the royals only ate the things they wanted. So the royals would often have bad teeth from sugar and a lack of chewing.
