I don’t even know how to prepare at this point. I don’t have a passport and now can’t get one. Can’t own a gun due to medical marijuana card. I have plenty of money and staunch allies who will hide me if needed, but that doesn’t feel like real safety. At this point I’m just surrounding myself with people in the same position so we can lean on eachother, and that has been a great comfort.

Does a videogame count? In Inscryption, when you lose a run you’re able to make a custom card by combining three of the cards you collected in that run. After doing this several times you can make a ridiculously OP card that makes the run a breeze.
My therapist likes to remind me that life has to be a balance. New experiences with people, and quiet time to reflect. You can’t lean too heavily into either extreme without harm.

I got old and bitter and now no longer feel impacted by the people around me. It feels quite freeing to finally be myself in any situation.
