Get more sleep, exercise on the regular and stop eating sugar.
I still don’t get enough sleep, but I am at least getting more than I used to (~7hrs). I exercise regularly, but it isn’t as rigorous as some. Just doing something helps heaps. Cutting out sugar evened out my energy swings a bunch. I also lost a chunk of weight quickly when I did so.
I am no healthologist, but doing the above (and maybe eating better if you are inclined) should get you to feeling better. Worth a shot, no?
Regarding Applist, does this copy the app’s data?
I have a game on a phone I’d like to copy to a tablet so progress is not lost. App is in both devices already. Would that work?
Sorry for piggybacking on OP.
Yes, the activity was what I thought of. Thank you for helping to educate me!
That is interesting. Thanks to you and the others.
Does the use of the google play services allow google to sort of…listen in or be privy to your app usage in any way?
Please forgive if this is a stupid question, but what is the difference between the play store version and this? Assuming it is not altered by a bad actor.
Yes, I noticed that. It was the only donation link I spotted though. You could ask the admins that are listed in the right-side panel (TheDude, etc).
For yours, there is a heart outline up at the top of the page which leads to:
Well, that rule has been mostly tongue in cheek as you are probably aware, but perhaps Usenet will once again become useful to more folks. I have never veered away from it since I discovered it in the late 90’s. I suppose that makes me a part of the ES group? I’m quite glad to have discovered it. You do now have to pay to use it, but the cost is mild and the tools are all modernized with plenty of web front-ends out there.
Edited: Booboos
What’s the first rule of Usenet? 😬
It might be worth pointing out there are two sci-fi shows called “Dark Matter”.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4159076/ <-- This is the crazy fun space sci-fi show from 2015 that ended abruptly. This is the one I think you referenced.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt19231492/ <-- This is the more somber sci-fi show from 2024 with the focus on dimensional travel. It is good, but I prefer the other.
That or Startpage
Don’t forget the toxic Manosphere out there in the genpop. Many young men are drawn into the Rogan-type bs.
I remember an article not long ago about a songbird that “riffs” within its song. Something like a jazz musician might. I’m fuzzy on the details, but this was stated as a sign of intelligence. The theory is that neural density might be variable based on the species…or something. Basically even that a bird brain can be intelligent and capable of some level of free thinking. We all know about crows and their street smarts too.
The Castle - 1997 An Australian film. Very nice comedy. Wholesome and funny.
Earth Abides - 2024 Two episodes into this post-apocalypse series. I dislike the lead as he is terribly plain and boring and the writing is contrived and poor. I am a sucker for the concept so I’ll plow onward.
Silo - 2024 All caught up with this one. It’s a much more enjoyable experience with the aforementioned genre. Better everything.
Landman - 2024 Current on this series. BBT is the draw on this one. Jon Hamm is good too, but it’s pretty thin after that. Taylor Sheridan must have too many irons in the fire as the effort seems meager. Nothing like the early Yellowstone episodes. Oh well. It’s kinda fun in a train wreck sort of way.
Edited: For repetition.
Wait until you meet an emacs user! ;p
Do you have to wear the fedora to run this command?
Useless use of cat award!
On the scale of who is fucking up the world more, I’d have to award the trophy to Leon. Certainly fuck Nestle, but won’t someone please rid us of this meddlesome billionaire?
