Fuck, really?

I ran into this when trying to convince people to get away from Facebook. Minor inconveniences aren’t worth enduring in the face of gross violations of data privacy. For some reason.

I just tried chatgpt with all of these failure points–a 5-letter word that fits alphabetically between amber and amble (ambit), a sentence that ends in the letter R (it ended with “door”), and a poem that rhymes (aabbccbb). These things appear to be getting ironed out quite quickly. I don’t think it’s much longer before we’ll have to make some serious concessions.

The awful ones are awful. They’re allowed to take power in the current system. We have awful rulers and the awful people who support them. We need only be aware of this phenomenon to mitigate it. Your solution appears to be not accepting possible solutions, which is just inaction. How does inaction stop awful people from destroying the planet?

Loud and stupid are affectionate descriptors from my friends. I also struggle with volume after being too quiet for my early years and overcompensating in the later ones.

I grew up poor and black. The illusion was never there.

I’ve got ancient blogs and comments left on ebaumsworld from when the internet and I were still children. Every now and again I like to revisit the site and see the ghosts of the era. It’s probably been 5 or so years since my last visit. It’s a particular feeling for sure.

I think I’ve been an awful big brother. Too wrapped up in my own issues to want to be looked up to. Made me cold and self-centered. I feel a lot of guilt over this, and I’m trying to change.

I have a cloak vendor bookmarked. I haven’t pulled the trigger because I don’t know if I wanna be the cloak guy, but dammit I want a cloak.
