Ever since I heard of microplastic, this has been on my mind quite a bit. Although it might not be “ingested” if they are micro enough, it can probably still get absorbed every time you brush. I usually keep my texts short and with lots of spelling errors. And I almost always send them with a monotone in my head.

On the flip side I usually think reading texts should be a short task. Unless you’re arriving arguing with someone I guess, but that should really be done in person.

For me, I’ll normally just drink whatever is left if in the container if there is only a little bit left and throw the container away.

But if there’s more milk, don’t feel too bad. I’d probably only feel bad if that was the only milk left.

This week is dragging for me. Not many appointments, which usually takes up most of my work day, which I think is why it’s going slowly. It feels like it should be Friday already.

I have no recommendation, but I wanted to say that I have the SAME issue. I was on a Pixel 3 and I swear that swipe could read my mind. I would be so lazy to swipe/type and I feel it would come out like 95% accurate. Then I switched to a Samsung note, and their swipe always gets it wrong multiple times in a a row. I now tap to type more than swipe.
