Yup, I agree Debian or Rocky Linux where the first two distros that popped into my mind

Let me know when you have kids also reflect on how you grew up. We would ride our bikes like miles and also explore the creek and surrounding areas as kids in Ohio. I hope to raise my child in a similar way when she is old enough to explore the area where I live now….
Any reason to not just use TMUX and Weechat or irssi? I had sessions up for years when I was active in IRC
I would agree at this point. I love my Kindle but if I am buying a new one that’s they way I would go
Does not work well for large corporate roll outs. Last I checked no way to auto-enroll on a NetScaler or an F5
We just use a shared Note on our iPhones. Works well Google Keep also works if your an Android user
Put the dressing in another jar. I use small mason jars. I have some glass Pyrex with a snug lid I just pour the dressing on at lunch time and then shake the shit out of it
Meal prepping my lunch and breakfast for the week. Makes it so I don’t eat junk food or if I do it’s rationed in such away it’s premeasered. But chicken and salads everyday this way and I mix up my proteins. Leftover steak go great with A1 sauce. Pulled pork with BBQ sauce on a salad to die for.
Just easy for me to pull it out and now exactly what I am eating
lol yeah! My friend where dicks and would set that to our screen savers or if we left our laptops open would go to meatspin.com and then lock your laptop. You got quite the surprise when you unlocked your computer lol
So much more goatse and bathtube girl pictures along with porn are now gonna be on my tv
I wonder if that’s a new feature. IIRC the issue was with vdevs in ZFS in the pool expansion. I am a FreeBSD user and do have some jails running. I do like ZFS a lot it’s way more mature then BTRFS on the Linux
ZFS is a no go for me due to not being able to add larger disk and then expand my pool size on the fly. MDADM and LVM+XFS have treated me well the past few years. I started with an 12tb pool and now over 50 tb pool
Holy cow these are way cheaper than anything I have seen before. I am in a RAID 5 setup so if a disk or two dies I am okay.
How is it running you a month?
Yeah, it’s bad…… I didn’t feel like login into my premium account the other day and it was kinda much…….
I am hoping we get a Democrat to in office this year. With the balls(Well she technically does not have balls; but you get my drift) to break some FUCKING monopolies up. We need to break up Ma Bell again
Well since your building a computer your more tech savvy then most people. I have been using Linux for about 20 years now. If you pick something like Linux Mint or others make sure you have a solid /home partition and migrate to what’s ever distro you like most. It allows you to move around and not lose your data.
Worst case you do some distro hopping for a little bit and then install Windows and there is nothing wrong with that. I have a windows laptop for the very reason that Windows works best with certain apps just like I use a Mac for video editing
It’s a movie called Gung Ho filmed in 1986 staring Michael Keaton https://youtu.be/roN6qm1ItYg?si=nssHIncHW265vufd
You using slapt-get for updates?
Intel gfx and no issues
