ArxCyberwolf

I’m just your average Canadian wolf. I’m a siren enthusiast and railfan as my main hobbies. I run the Civil Defense Sirens Wiki, and am working on restoring a few vintage sirens (such as a FS&S Model L and a rare Sterling Siren MOD. F) as well as a 1970s Safetran mechanical crossing bell.

  • Talk about an ironic username. YDI for going into a thread and immediately being accusatory and hostile towards others. This sort of behaviour would be unwelcome in most communities regardless of being on .world or not. If you had phrased things in a different, less hostile way (perhaps “I do not feel comfortable seeing horses in captivity”) then you likely wouldn’t have faced serious backlash or moderator action.

Regardless of what your beliefs are and how strongly you feel about them, being a hostile jerk will get you booted pretty fast from almost any community and it’s best to refrain from doing so if you actually want anyone to listen.

Their entire stated purpose of federating is to “dunk” on people and “dismantle Western propaganda”. They’re not interested in participating in good faith and never have been. They don’t see anyone who disagrees with them as a person, just something to yell at and harass.

Antiyanks is a user who gets banned constantly and keeps making new accounts over and over. If you see a brand new account that attacks other people and quickly gets banned, that’s them. Their usernames usually insult the admins or Americans and they tend to use small instances for new accounts making them very easy to spot.

They claim to have hobbies outside of insulting people on Lemmy, but I find that very hard to believe given how dedicated they are to it. They were already up to over 30 accounts just 2 months ago.
