The nice thing about this setup is that if some of your subordinate goals don’t work out the others will still help push you towards your goal.
So that being said, my goal is to get to a healthy weight (again) but to do so in a healthy manner. So I’m:
Types of chocolate, or chocolate foods?
If the former, dark chocolate. 72% is the sweet spot for me.
If the latter, chocolate cake. The rich dense fudgey kind with ganache frosting. A close second is hot chocolate. I’m a big fan of champurrado in particular.

We were going to bring a rotisserie chicken in a gift box for a white elephant gift exchange, but worried about it going bad.
Today we’re not doing anything, and it will be glorious. Tomorrow we’re exchanging gifts (my wife, the dog*, and I) cooking up a ham with beans and asparagus, and watching Christmas movies.
*she didn’t get us anything, but we still love her
