I think a lot of people are commented without knowing what infamous means. Most of these are boring average high school experiences.

Given the origin of most memes I doubt there will be many. Either you have some noname who could use the money from suing for copyright infringement or a major entertainment company that have lawyers on the lookout for such things. Your only bet would be an unknown meme (kinda defeats the purpose) or someone who isnt collecting on a meme.

Pretty sure memes dont fall under fair use or derivative work. I guess it depends what your using them for. We hired a new sign maker who used the “winter is coming” meme for one of their in-store signs (it was actually tastefully done in chalk art and looked good). Its stayed up for about a week before corporate saw it and told us to take it down before we get a cease and desist.

Not as drastic as some of these comments, but I used to be pulled over once a month when I had long hair and a beard. I had a 45 minute commute everyday and like clockwork, once a month I would get pulled over for a bs reason (speeding by 5mph, flashing highs to warn other drivers, suspicious vehicle etc). Once I cut my hair, no more problems, go figure.

Ive never paid for subscription on pandora. The ad version isnt that bad, but I also dont listen to it for more than an hour at a time. I would say on average I get 5 -15 second ads an hour.

Paid streaming services that have ads in the UI (youtubetv). Amazon firesticks having ads on the UI. I actually complained to YTTV and they sent me an email explaining why there are commercial on live TV, pissed me off even more.

Thats fine. This just fuels developers to make more efficient ad blockers. Youtube wont win the long game and the more they try stuff like this, the more people find out about ublock and other adblockers.
