Not really, troops only purpose is to serve the US interest. Any “help” they might look like to give, is due to something that aligns with their interest. The US military is a terrorist organization.

Socialism provides more innovation than capitalism. We would have the cure for cancer right now if profit incentive was not the drive of the economy, but to improve people’s lives.
