See what you can get by putting some subtle feelers out. Talk to a recruiter or two. Best time to search for a job is while you have one, but you don’t have to commit to it full time unless shit really hits the fan. You’re more likely to get written up than fired initially anyway if he’s not the owner, erratic or not he has to answer for that.

Continue working towards whatever certifications you want in the meantime, especially if the job pays/reimburses you for it.

I’ll keep an eye on this. I use discord exclusively for gaming purposes, and voice chat is pretty important for that bc I’m still on console mostly for the next year or so (building a pc finally, thanks to a new job). So if they can get that going, I could convince several people to switch once I’m also on PC. Till then discord for my PS5 is about the best I can hope for.

Hmmm. I’ve had rabbit prepared 5 different ways at a very expensive restaurant once (had just gotten a bonus for the first time in my life and it landed on my wife and I’s anniversary). It was fantastic, like dark meat from a turkey or chicken, but a tad gamey which I didn’t mind.

Venison is delicious, as is elk. Buffalo burgers are solid, not much different than regular. I’ve had ostrich jerky but it’s pretty much the same as most other jerkys by that point.

Had shark once, was very good and similar to swordfish.

Funnily enough all of these things I tried in the US, and none while actually traveling abroad despite adventures to most of the continents at this point.

Appropriate attire I think. Make sure to leave the top button undone unless you wear a tie. If you’re planning on wearing dress shoes you may want to switch to slacks over jeans (if they are jeans, if they’re just a slightly more casual pant ignore this), but don’t think that’s a hard and fast rule or anything, you can still wear dress shoes with jeans if you don’t have an in between type of shoe. Your dress socks and shoe color should match your belt, but again there are exceptions to any “rule” of fashion, just keeps it easy tho if you’re unsure.

The shirt may be a tad big on you, I’d suggest tucking it in a little tighter unless you have time to get it tailored (just go to a dry cleaner, cheap and usually a few days to turn around, shouldn’t be more than like $15ish depending on your area).

I have no idea of your hygiene but as others have said make sure you aren’t giving off anything off putting. Deodorant, brush teeth obvi, maybe a small spritz of a light cologne (one spray, no more, spray in the air in front of you and walk under it).

I mean, a crash is usually used and abused by the big players to gobble stuff up if they survived and didn’t go bankrupt (hell even if they do another whale usually swallows them) yet I don’t see another way for most people to afford a home. But then again, the area I’m in isn’t crashing even if the rest of the country does. If it resulted in lower rates would love to refinance tho, 5% isn’t great.
