Glad you credited Mary Elizabeth McGlynn here. Outside of SH fan circles she doesn’t usually get her name attached (even on Spotify), but she’s contributed to quite a lot of the Silent Hill soundtracks and has done some really memorable (imo) vocals. Particular highlights for me are definitely the Silent Hill 4 soundtrack - Room of Angel and Waiting for You.

I’ve been replaying SSX a little lately. I’d forgotten how funny I’d found the title of this song.

Horizon Zero Dawn has such a great soundtrack.

It’s such an awful site, and always surprises me when I see it being used/shared. Surely when it comes to tech there are better resources than a tabloid for it.

This generation was the one where I intended on buying my first Xbox as well. I wasn’t going to get it at launch but I was interested enough to be willing to put the money down. However seeing how MS have progressed so far, the increasing push to cloud gaming, game rental and more has been increasingly off putting. It’s a shame as well because around launch I was excited by how beautifully engineered the Series X is.

Interested to know about this as well, I don’t see any mention of it on their site.

There’s a small team of people working on Asahi Linux with the main purpose of getting Linux running on Apple silicon. It’s still very much in progress but they’ve made tremendous progress in areas like the graphics drivers to get OpenGL 3.1 working lately. Where they sit with M2 specifically though, I’m not sure.
