Thank you for making me understand :)
Never heard of DxO or topaz, but I am also no photographer, so it doesn’t really surprise me. I wonder if something like proton could be used to easily make give you gpu support.

What noice reduction software do you use on windows? Very interesting find, do you know what methods your software uses for noice reduction? I wonder if this is something you could open an issue for in the image manipulation softwares that do exist on linux, i.e darktable et.al. :)
Haha, no. This is US branch 100% I can promise you TikTok eu branch would not have had these rules even though they are both ByteDance
I’ve heard about Kali Linux many times before. What does it do to make these tasks easier? Is it just that it comes pre installed with the right software or is there any other tweaks that is made?
I understand all to well :) If it makes you any happier. The readme shows the mastodon logo, so at least 1 of your fediverse tools seem to be covered
It is open source so you can help by adding support for your favorite social media :)
To be honest, complaining that “half of the information” is in a video form is so stupid. Stick to the written sources and be happy that the other half of the information is supplied the way you want it.
Obviously there is a market for video content, and there is probably as many people liking it as disliking it. I am a dyslexictic person that can understand and remember way better when I am spoon fed the information instead of struggle through a long blog post or news site.
Please be open minded that we are different.
Lol. Most of us in this community are end users using linux, ya dip
The Qualcomm Elite x has still very little support. I would not recommend it as of yet.
Like everyone i started on Windows.
From there -> Mint -> Ubuntu 16 -> Fedora -> Ubuntu 18 -> elementary -> Ubuntu 18 (again) -> Ubuntu 22 -> EndeavourOS
I’ve god damn I love EndeavourOS. Now just hop between the supported DEs instead :)
Everything in Sweden is authenticated through the same app ‘BankID’. We even have our passports in there.
EndeavourOS is such a good replacement for manjaro
This is awesome!
I 2nd this wholeheartedly! Been using endeavourOS for years at this point! Before endeavourOS I was distro hoping the classics. I tried Ubuntu, fedora, popOS, Debian and way more throughout my time on linux. When I tried endeavour the first time I just stuck with it. It just worked, the updates are seamless and I just like get along with it.
