Proprietary software is evil! Also if this poll ends up allowing it would you consider making another FOSS only community?

The main reason I was interested in this community is because it was FOSS only. Lots of people on Lemmy talk about proprietary clients already. It’s sad IMO that people would use a proprietary client after all that happened with reddit.

I was wondering if you ever tried jellyfin, since you mentioned paying for plex.

Maybe see if there are some esports you like if more traditional ones are unavailable at this time. There are also things like chess tournaments if you aren’t really into video games.

What about the save post button, is that a jerboa only thing?

I know that clima uses open meteo, but according to f-droid there are some anti features.

Take this with a major grain of salt as I don’t know much about this. I think that a router isn’t always also a wireless access point. It could just be for wired connections like a switch. Please downvote and correct me if I’m wrong, I really know little about this.

I’ve used an Arlo camera system and it did NOT play well with homeassistant. Requiring an account, certain features behind paywall, I really can’t recommend it. Maybe things have changed (or maybe some of it was user error) though.

Even if you don’t normally look at linked sites, you gotta read this one.
