As someone that’s spent over a decade working in US healthcare, I can easily say it’s exhausting for everyone involved. It’s busy work. Especially if you are not providing direct care. Everything else is extractive fluff that makes cost of care more expensive, burdensome, and just dumb. And now with VC companies wading into healthcare everything is becoming even more expensive, even more dumb, and greedy.

And the costs for their shit products are astronomical.

Not to mention that Tableau is an awful product that will only continue to get worse.

I finally feel in control of my life and not emotionally beholden to someone who takes advantage of my kindness and refuses to do their part to make things work. I am now a lot more financially strained but I am so much more at peace. It’s been eye opening for me. I am glad I left. I’m hoping my kiddo also sees the difference in me.

No. In the non sales world, I’ve built some really cool solutions for clients.

I work for a consulting company and they’re truly going off the deep end pushing consultants to sell this miracle solution. They are now doing weekly product demos and all of them are absolutely useless hype grifts. It’s maddening.

You gotta make up for a lack of innovation but just price gouging customers on absolutely everything. I only have Spotify because of the radio function but otherwise all of these services are absolute dog shit. They don’t offer anything new. They’ve just created a new set of moats for features, songs, videos, television and games. Eventually this system has to collapse because treating customers like employees that have no choice but to stay will lead people to innovate on piracy.

It’s a better prediction model. There’s no reasoning because it’s not understanding anything you’re typing. We’re not closer to general ai.
