Bit of a misleading title. The voyager can still receive commands and send data to earth, the problem is that instead of useful data it just keeps sending repeating code of no use. Not a huge fan of these sensationalized and just blatantly wrong news article titles.

I don’t really get this take. If you don’t like Discord Nitro, simply don’t buy it. If you enjoy the features Nitro adds and don’t mind paying the monthly fee, then buy it. I don’t really understand what shaming people who pay for Nitro accomplishes.

I’m honestly curious about the science behind why VR makes some people motion sick. My first time using VR I never got motion sick once and never have since then. And my sister on the other hand got motion sick instantly when she tried it.

Its decent for me. As others have said it’s still got a long way to go but it works for what I use it for. I’ll likely be sticking around here unless something better pops up or lemmy goes the way of the dinosaurs.

It’s actually a really cool ability. It’s extremely powerful and can turn the tide of a difficult fight in an instant if used correctly. I just have a habit of always telling myself to save powerful abilities and items until I forget about them and beat the game without ever using them. If you are interested, the spell is called “Divine Intervention” from Baldur’s gate 3 and D&D 5e.

I know exactly what encounter you are referring to and almost made the exact same mistake. Thankfully I read the enemy buffs before I used it lol.

Lol this was me just the other day in Baldur’s Gate 3. I got an ability on my Cleric that I could only use ONCE in an entire playthrough. “Yeah I’m going to save this for the final encounter”. Ended up forgetting about it and not using it at all at the end of the game haha.

Man disappointing seeing how many companies I recognize on that list. Boycotting all these companies would be difficult considering how a lot of the companies on here own 20+ brands.

100% agree with this, simply giving a prompt to an artist doesn’t give you any leverage as far as copyright goes so why should it for AI?
