The ending to your story made me really anxious. If I’d managed to get anything typed in from a magazine, I’d save right away. No playin around until that

I like the tabs for the nested loops in the code shown onscreen. As a kid, I’d program in basic (on a Sinclair or a Commodore) but never indent the nested loops. This looks much more modern and legible than anything I was doing at the time. I don’t even remember sample code having tabbed code like this at the time.
So, what you’re saying is … sometimes there’s a movie… I won’t say a film, ‘cause, what’s a film? But sometimes, there’s a movie. And I’m talkin’ about The Big Lebowski here. Sometimes, there’s a movie, well, it’s not the movie for its time and place.

Thanks, I’ll have to look at that
Multiple - that was it. Thanks!
I loved being able to group news/posts according to subject. Feel like news related to only one group today - no problem!
When I used RIF, I could group subreddits together (can’t remember what the name for it was), so I could put all subreddits for one subject in one group, all subs for another subject in another. It was great when I felt like seeing news about one subject, but felt like ignoring everything else.
I don’t think lemmy has anything like this, and I don’t know if any of the apps do this either.
I reeaaaaly miss being able to group subs.

I’ve had a stainless steel rice cooker for about a year now. Works well with the two types of rice I tend to cook and is easy to clean. Would recommend

I agree that all this needs to be examined, and some new laws and regulations should be developed. But, for good or ill, teaching is a covered use as written in the section of the law quoted above, and teaching is part of the process of training.
If anything, laws will likely have to be rewritten to adress changing technologies, but it seems disingenuous to quote a section of the law and then ignore the most relevant word in the entire text

You skipped right over “teaching”.
Why is that?
