If you eat them, how many as a limit per day? I have tried to put a limit of 10 for day but those cookie are just too delicious.

I think I eat on average of about 5-10 oreos per year.
I probably eat 30 Oreos per year in two ‘sessions’.
I will eat zero Oreos for years and years… Then promptly eat two full containers with a gallon of milk. All or nothing

One: eat a single Oreo. Telling yourself you’re going to be good.
Two: have one more because it’s only one more
Three: realize you’ve eaten every single Oreo in the house. Feel guilty.
Four: go to the store and buy replacement Oreos so your family doesn’t know about your shame
Five: go to sleep, and repeat as necessary the next day
