    20 is old to still be in high-school. 40 is young to be a senior developer. I don’t really understand the point that this meme is trying to me

      thought having more than 5 years of experience makes you a senior dev

      I’m a principal dev (the step higher than senior in my company) and I’m under 40. I think it mostly depends on luck and being in the right place at the right time.

        Also, titles vary wildly among different roles at different companies. A junior dev in some MANGA team could be considered a principal engineer at a small startup.
