Hopefully Apple tells them to FOAD.
My shop is closed Sunday and Monday, but I have to do the majority of my ordering and paperwork for the week on Monday. So I am off but not. I do most of it in my living room while watching TV or listening to music.
I hate when holidays close things on Mondays because Tuesdays are busy for me with Tuesday stuff and then I have to move Monday stuff to Tuesdays.
Back in Maryland with my old gaming group a friend and I ran games with an average of 20 people, but there was seldom a time where all 20 were in the scene together. It was a lot of fun, some games lend themselves better for large stuff than others. No way would I do d&d at that scale, but white wolf works great.
Yes running my normally scheduled d&d games is boycotting. I had no idea this weekend was football, I know it was sometime this month, but that is about it.
I ran two games, one is a weekly game of teens, the other is every other week of adults. I was surprised no one canceled from either game. Both were great sessions.
I was playing d&d all day. Did not know anything was happening.
My comment was not meant to steer anyone away from Linux, just pointing out something.
It just works
Sometimes, and until it does not work.
I have Linux on a Lenovo laptop, when I connect it to my hdmi matrix there is no resolution that works for it to correctly display. There is no way to keep the display from turning off despite setting it to never turn off.
So far so good. I am running Phandelver and the Shattered Obelisk for a group of mostly totally new to TTRPGs teens, we started with 2014 rules but were only a few sessions in when 2024 came out and we quickly switched without any issues.
I just started running The Light of Xarsis for a more experienced group, we play our 2nd session tomorrow. This was all but one of theirs first encounter with 2024.
I am in a game of Rime of the Frost Maiden. It is the DM’s first time running a game, but is an experienced player, there is another experienced player who is railing against all of the changes initially, then the next session is on board with them. The other three players have only played BG3 and are doing great with the rules.
All in all itt is a net positive.
A SEGA Dreamcast
He looks like he was conceived while his mom was on roofies.
Too bad it was moved to lemmy.world.
This does not sound like a very efficient government office.
Edit to add, since it is a commission on religious liberty there will be an office for muslims, pagans, satanists, and jews too, right?
As Long as they are limited to one account/community so it is easy to block. But I feel it will add nothing of value.
On the porn instances.
I have seekdeep, nothing at all like DeepSeek
Good for you Canada. We (the US) are currently not worth your time.
